To start a return, contact us through the contact form on havynsafety.co.za or reply to your order confirmation email with your order number. We'll send you simple return instructions — items should be returned in their original condition. Once approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or faulty items: If your Havyn One arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with a photo and your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — you won't pay anything extra.
