Our guarantee
If you're not happy with your Auvé within 30 days of delivery, contact us for a full refund — even if you've used it. We want you snatched, not stuck with something that isn't working for you.
How to start a return
Reply to your order confirmation email (or reach us via our Contact page) with your order number and a quick note on what went wrong. We'll send return instructions within 24 hours.
Faulty or damaged items
If your device arrives faulty or damaged, send a photo or short video within 48 hours and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — return shipping on us.
Change of mind
For change-of-mind returns, the device should be returned in resellable condition, with return shipping covered by the customer.
Refund timing
Once your return or claim is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Hygiene exclusions
For health and hygiene reasons, opened Auvé Conductive Gel can't be returned unless faulty.
