How to start a return

Faulty or damaged items

If your device arrives faulty or damaged, send a photo or short video within 48 hours and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — return shipping on us.

Change of mind

For change-of-mind returns, the device should be returned in its original, resellable condition, with return shipping covered by the customer.

Refund timing
