Free shipping on every order, anywhere in South Africa.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment. You'll receive an order confirmation by email, followed by a tracking link once your order ships.

Delivery time

Your Auvé ships from our overseas fulfilment partner, so please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery. Every order is tracked end to end.

Where we ship

We currently ship across South Africa only.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Customs & duties

The price you pay covers shipping. Import duties are rare on personal beauty devices, but in the unlikely event one applies it remains the recipient's responsibility — reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Delayed or lost parcels

If tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, or your order hasn't arrived within 4 weeks, just reply to your order confirmation email (or use our Contact page) and we'll chase it down.
