What we collect: Your name, delivery address, email and phone number — used only to process and deliver your order and send order updates. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (Yoco / PayPal); we never see or store your full card details. We only send marketing emails if you've opted in, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We use standard, aggregated store analytics.

What we don't do: We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share your details with the couriers and payment providers needed to fulfil your order.

Your rights: Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time — contact us through our website and we'll action it promptly.
